QUARTZ TRANSMITTERS
Our cutaneous receptors react naturally to the therapeutic effects of infrared which are defined according to three types – IR-A, IR-B and IR-C – some promoting sweating and others releasing their heat deeper in the muscles and joints. .
Quartz emits across the entire infrared spectrum, but with a majority of IR-A and B waves. As short waves, these act at the very heart of the musculo-articular system offering profound relief from any aches in the body for intense relaxation sessions.
The heat in an infrared sauna is lower than that of a steam sauna; it is between 40°C and 60°C.
