We’re feeling inspired and full of good vibrations after attending Pendulum Summit 2023. Pendulum Summit, founded by Cork’s own Frankie Sheehan, is a two-day event where select speakers give rousing presentations on numerous topics around the theme of inspiration, motivation, & wellness. 

Atlantic rower Damian Browne gave a wonderful speech on his epic, gruelling crossing of the North Atlantic, from  New York City to Galway, taking 112 days and in the process becoming one of only a handful of people to have rowed the Atlantic in both directions. 

His insights into what it is that really drives us as humans, what it means to live a life of meaning were truly uplifting. 

The writer, Dr Joe Vitale, who’s written such best selling titles as  The Key, and the Missing Secret, gave a brilliant speech on the power of positive thought, and explained his theory that two things are needed for a life well lived, principle, and direction. 

It was great to meet so many people from all walks of life and to spread our message that Hydrotherapy and Sauna use can transform  our  physical  and mental well-being.

We had our award winning Hot Tubs on display as well as our beautiful Cedar Wood Barrel Sauna – in our humble opinion the best family Sauna in Ireland. 

There appears to be a growing community of people across Ireland who are exploring the benefits of following a life that brings wellness, in its broadest sense, into their lives. 

We’re already looking forward to Pendulum 2024 – we’re sure there will be plenty more life learnings, inspirational tales of human endeavour, and opportunities to meet people who’ve faced extraordinary challenges and thrived.
